Property Condition/Roof Report 

Roof Reports completed are utilized by investors, owners, Home Owner’s Associations, operators, and property managers to ascertain the current condition of a Subject Property roof and to determine probable costs to repair, maintain, and replace the roof. EBI will conduct a detailed site survey with extensive close-up photo documentation, interviews with property management or owners, and reviews of available management documents regarding warranties, maintenance, recent repairs, and capital improvements.

At EBI, carefully trained staff and dedicated and experienced national roof consultants develop a complete third party report with independent findings. When necessary, we use local and national resources and expertise to determine project costs. Our reports provide clients with a better understanding of the roof’s true condition, and estimate costs to address deferred maintenance, immediate repairs and replacement reserves during the anticipated hold, restructure, or ownership term.
